At Sporttrade, we verify every user's personal email to ensure we have a way to communicate with them directly. Every user must verify their email in order to create a Sporttrade account, and again when updating their personal email address while holding an active account.
Troubleshooting common email verification problems
If you didn't receive a verification email, please attempt the following steps before contacting our customer support team.
Make sure you're checking the correct email account
It's not out of the ordinary for most people to use multiple email addresses; double-check that you're searching the correct email account for our verification email.
Search your inbox
We'll send the email from "noreply@sporttrade.dev" Search your inbox for that sender.
Check your spam folder
Some email providers may accidentally screen out our emails. Check your spam and trash folders to make sure the verification email didn't skip your inbox. If you find our verification email in either of these folders, please check your spam settings or whitelist the sporttrade.com domain.
Try resending the verification email
Follow the prompts in the Sporttrade app to send another verification email.
Double-check your network and email settings
In some cases, your network settings may be improperly configured or your email provider may be having trouble receiving mail. Send yourself a test message to ensure you're able to receive email to that address.
