Withdrawing funds

You can withdraw funds from your Sporttrade account using online banking, PayPal/Venmo, or through in-person cash withdrawals at designated partner locations. Below are the details on how to use each method:

Online Banking (Recommended)

Withdraw funds directly to your bank account from most major banks through the Sporttrade app.

Steps:

1. Open the Sporttrade app and select Withdraw.
2. Choose Online Banking as your withdrawal method.
3. Follow the prompts to complete your withdrawal request.

Processing Time:

• Funds should appear in your bank account within 3-5 business days.

Important:

• Make sure the name and address on your bank account match those on your Sporttrade account.
• If there is an issue, contact your bank first, then reach out to Sporttrade customer support if necessary.

PayPal/Venmo (Currently available on Apple iOS only )

Withdraw funds to the PayPal or Venmo account linked to your Sporttrade account.

Steps:

1. Open the Sporttrade app and select Withdraw.
2. Choose either PayPal or Venmo as your withdrawal method.
3. Follow the instructions to complete the withdrawal.

Processing Time:

• Withdrawals via PayPal/Venmo may take up to 2 days.

Cash Withdrawals

You can withdraw cash in person at select partner locations.

Steps:

1. Submit a cash withdrawal request in the Sporttrade app.
2. You will receive an email with a withdrawal request number and detailed instructions.
3. Visit the designated location within 48 hours of submitting your request to complete the withdrawal.

Additional Information
