Withdrawing funds through your Online Banking takes 3-5 business days to process.
Please ensure the name & address on the bank account matches the name & address on your Sporttrade account. If you believe the information is correct and you continue to have an issue, please first contact your bank and then Sporttrade customer support.
PayPal
Withdrawing funds through PayPal you should see the money in your bank account in minutes, but this timeframe may vary depending on the bank.
To provide a secure online payment service PayPal reviews every transfer before it's released. PayPal may hold some withdrawals for up to 72 hours for further review. This review can happen for various reasons.
Please note, that each time a deposit or withdrawal is made, a confirmation and/or reference number will be sent to you for your records. Please ensure to include this in your correspondence with your bank and/or Sporttrade customer support.
*Exchange wagering is not yet available in Iowa.
