The sports wagering landscape across the United States is complex. While sports betting is legalizing throughout the country rather quickly, each individual Sportsbook operator must seek licensure on a state-by-state basis.
Sporttrade is currently licensed to operate within the state's of New Jersey and Colorado. A resident of any state may open a Sporttrade account, and place a wager while within the borders of New Jersey and Colorado.
This means you can:
- Be a resident of any state, travel to New Jersey or Colorado, and place a bet on Sporttrade.
- Bet within the borders of New Jersey or Colorado, return home to a different state, and withdraw the funds to your bank account.
You can not:
- Travel to New Jersey, place a bet, return to Pennsylvania, and trade out of that same bet. A user must be within the state of New Jersey to transact on an existing position, or to trade into a new one.
*Exchange wagering is not yet available in Colorado and Iowa.
