Eligibility Requirements

Before creating an account, please make sure you meet the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age
• You are eligible to participate in sports wagering under applicable state laws
• You have a valid personal email address and mobile phone number

During sign-up, identity verification is required. You will be asked to provide the last four digits of your Social Security number (SSN).

How to Create Your Sporttrade Account

You can create a Sporttrade account using the app or the web app.

To get started:

• Open the Sporttrade app or visit platform.getsporttrade.com
• Select Sign Up
• Follow the on-screen account creation flow

If you are accessing Sporttrade through the website, you may be prompted to download Xpoint Verify to complete location verification.

Important Account Rules

• Only one Sporttrade account is permitted per person
• Each account must be tied to a unique email address
• Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account closure

Confirming Your Identity

As part of the account creation process, you will be required to provide information to verify your identity.

This typically includes:

• A valid personal email address (must be verified)
• Your legal first and last name (as shown on a government-issued ID)
• Date of birth
• Mobile phone number
• Residential address (P.O. Boxes are not accepted)
• The last four digits of your Social Security number

In some cases, additional verification may be required, such as:

• Answering identity verification questions
• Providing photos of a government-issued ID

These steps are part of Sporttrade’s Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering requirements and help protect both customers and the platform.

Setting a Username and Password

Once your email is verified and your identity is confirmed, you will be prompted to set a username and password.

Username Requirements
• Must be unique
• At least 8 characters in length

Password Requirements
• At least 8 characters in length
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one number
