How to Create Your Sporttrade Account

New users who want to create an account for the first time can join Sporttrade by following these steps:

Download the App: Begin by downloading the Sporttrade app.
Open the App: Launch the app on your device.
Follow the Account Creation Flow: Complete the simple account creation process presented in the app.

Important Note

Sporttrade prohibits users from opening more than one account to ensure the integrity of our contests and to comply with state laws and regulations.

Confirming Your Identity

During the account creation process, you will be required to provide the following information to confirm your identity:

Valid Personal Email Address: Must be verified. Only one email address and one account can be tied to that email. Please avoid using work or business email addresses.
Legal First and Last Names: Use the names that would be issued on a government ID or bank account.
Date of Birth
Mobile Phone Number
Residential Address
Last 4 Digits of Your Social Security Number OR Passport Number

In some cases, we may request additional information to verify your identity, including:

Answering questions to confirm your identity
Providing photos of IDs for verification

As a regulated sports betting platform, we have a responsibility to ensure that customers are who they claim to be. Our strong Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering policies are in place to protect both our customers and Sporttrade.

Setting a Username and Password

Once your email is verified and your identity is confirmed, you will need to set a username and password for your Sporttrade account.

Username Requirements:

Must be unique
At least 8 characters in length

Password Requirements:

At least 8 characters in length
Must include at least 1 uppercase letter
Must include at least 1 lowercase letter
Must include at least 1 number
