How to Deposit Funds

Sporttrade offers multiple convenient deposit methods to fund your account.
We promote responsible gaming by allowing you to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly in the app.

Deposit Methods

Online Banking with Trustly (Recommended)

Available on: iOS, Web, and Android

Deposit funds directly from your bank account through Sporttrade. Works with most major banks for near-instant transfers.

Important Requirements:

The name and address on your bank account must match your Sporttrade account information exactly.
If you experience issues despite correct information, contact your bank or Trustly Support first, then reach out to Sporttrade Support.

PayPal and Venmo

Available on: iOS and Web (not available on Android)

Deposit using your PayPal or Venmo account balance or linked bank account.

Important Notes:

Only bank transfers and account balances are supported.
Credit and debit cards are not accepted through PayPal or Venmo.

Push Cash (Recommended)

Available on: iOS and Web

A quick, convenient deposit option that connects to your debit card or bank account.

First-Time Setup:

Enter your debit card information.
Log in to your checking account using your bank credentials.

Wire Transfers

Available on: iOS, Web, and Android

Wire transfers are ideal for larger deposits (typically over $5,000) or customers who prefer bank-to-bank transfers.

How It Works:

In the Sporttrade app, submit a wire deposit request.
After your request is received, Sporttrade will follow up via email with detailed wiring instructions.
Complete the wire transfer through your bank using the information provided.
Funds will be credited to your account once received and verified.

Processing Time:

Typically 1–3 business days, depending on your bank.
In some cases, deposits can be processed the same day if Sporttrade receives all required information promptly.

Important Notes:

The sending bank account must match the name on your Sporttrade account.
Your financial institution may charge a wire transfer fee.

Cash Deposits (In-Person)

Location: Bally’s Atlantic City

How It Works:

Submit a cash deposit request in the Sporttrade app.
You’ll receive an email with your deposit request number and instructions.
Visit Bally’s Atlantic City, NJ, within 48 hours. (Requests expire after 48 hours.)

A: In the Sporttrade app, go to Account → Deposit & Withdrawal History.

Q: Can someone else fund my account from their bank account?
A: No. Federal and state regulations require that the bank account owner’s name and address match your Sporttrade account information exactly.

Q: Do you accept credit or debit cards?
A: No. Sporttrade supports deposits through Online Banking (Trustly), PayPal, Venmo (bank and balance only), Push Cash, Wire Transfers, and in-person cash deposits at Bally’s Atlantic City, NJ.
