Currently, you can deposit funds through online banking, Paypal, Venmo, or by in-person cash deposits at one of our partners. Sporttrade promotes responsible gaming and allows you to set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you deposit into your account.
Online Banking (Recommended)
Deposit funds using your bank account inside of the Sporttrade app from most major banks.
Please ensure the name & address on the bank account match the name & address on your Sporttrade account. If you believe the information is correct and you continue to have an issue, please first contact your bank or credit card company and then Sporttrade customer support.
PayPal/Venmo
Deposit funds with the funding institution that is linked to your PayPal/Venmo account that you are using to fund your Sporttrade account. Sporttrade only uses bank and balance currently. PayPal/Venmo is currently available on iOS only.
Cash
Deposit funds in person at the following location(s) after you make a deposit request in the Sporttrade app.
- Bally's Atlantic City (1900 Pacific Ave, Atlantic City, NJ 08401)
Once you submit your cash deposit request on the Sporttrade App, you will get an email with a deposit request number and instructions on how to deposit your cash. It's important to visit the designated location within 48 hours of submitting the request, or it will expire.
Where can I check my funding history?
Log in to the Sporttrade app and go to Account > Deposit & Withdrawal History.
Can my account be funded from another person's ACH/Bank account?
No. Per state & federal regulations, the name and address on the Sporttrade account must match the bank account owner's name and address.
Can I use a Credit Card or a Debit Card?
At this time we do not support these other methods. We only support online banking and PayPal/Venmo bank and balance and cash deposits.
