Password AutoFill and Face ID (or Touch ID) help make signing in to Sporttrade faster and more secure by allowing your device to store and fill your login credentials.
Password AutoFill on Sporttrade
Password AutoFill allows your device or password manager to save and automatically enter your Sporttrade username and password.
Password AutoFill is supported on:
iOS devices
Android devices
Web browsers (using your browser or password manager)
Password storage and AutoFill are managed by your device or password manager, not by Sporttrade.
Enabling Password AutoFill on iOS
To use Password AutoFill on an iPhone or iPad:
• Ensure Password AutoFill is enabled in your device’s Password or AutoFill settings
• If you use iCloud Keychain or a third-party password manager, make sure it is selected as your AutoFill provider
• On the Sporttrade login screen, tap the username field and select your saved credentials when prompted
Enabling Password AutoFill on Android
To use Password AutoFill on an Android device:
• Ensure AutoFill is enabled in your device settings
• Select Google Password Manager or your preferred third-party password manager
• On the Sporttrade login screen, tap the username field and choose your saved credentials when prompted
Using Face ID or Touch ID on iOS
On supported iOS devices, you can use Face ID or Touch ID to quickly sign in to the Sporttrade app after your credentials have been saved.
Face ID or Touch ID:
Is optional
Is controlled by your device and in-app settings
May need to be re-enabled after reinstalling the app or changing your device settings
If Face ID or Touch ID is available on your device, you can manage it from:
• Your iOS system settings
• The Sporttrade app’s security or login settings
Important Notes
• Password AutoFill and Face ID rely on your device or password manager
• Reinstalling the app or changing devices may disable AutoFill or biometric login
• Sporttrade does not store or manage your saved passwords or biometric data
