What is a Cool-Off Period?

A Cool-Off Period allows you to temporarily prevent yourself from logging into your Sporttrade account.
This feature is designed to support responsible gaming. It only affects your access to Sporttrade and does not impact your access to any other gambling platforms or applications.

Setting a Cool-Off Period

You can choose a Cool-Off Period ranging from 3 days to 365 days.

During this period:

• You will not be able to log in to your Sporttrade account.

• You will stop receiving marketing materials from Sporttrade.

• You may still withdraw available funds by contacting our Customer Support team.

Important:
Once a Cool-Off Period is activated, it cannot be undone, shortened, or altered under any circumstances — including by Sporttrade staff.
Your account will automatically unlock once the selected time period expires.

What Happens During a Cool-Off Period?

• Any open orders will be canceled when a Cool-Off Period is activated.

• Any open positions will remain active and will settle as normal.

• You will not be able to log in or place any new trades until the period ends.
