How to Set a Cool Off Period on Sporttrade

A Cool Off period allows you to temporarily prevent yourself from logging into your Sporttrade account. This feature only affects your access to Sporttrade and will not impact your access to any other gambling applications.

Setting a Cool Off Period

• You can choose a Cool Off period ranging from 3 days to 365 days.
• During this period, you will not be able to log in to your Sporttrade account, and you will also stop receiving marketing materials from Sporttrade.
• Withdrawing funds will still be possible by contacting our customer support team.

What Happens During a Cool Off Period?

• Any open orders will be canceled when you activate a Cool Off period.
• Open positions will not be affected and will remain active.
