What Is a Cool-Off Period?
A Cool-Off Period allows you to temporarily restrict access to your Sporttrade account.
This feature is designed to support responsible gaming and applies only to Sporttrade. It does not affect your access to any other gambling platforms or applications.
How a Cool-Off Period Works
You may select a Cool-Off Period ranging from 3 days to 365 days.
While a Cool-Off Period is active:
• You will not be able to log in to your Sporttrade account
• You will not be able to place trades
• You will stop receiving marketing communications from Sporttrade
• You may still request a withdrawal of available funds by contacting Sporttrade Support
Important Information
• Once a Cool-Off Period is activated, it cannot be undone, shortened, or altered under any circumstances
• Sporttrade staff are unable to override or modify an active Cool-Off Period
• Your account will automatically unlock once the selected period expires
What Happens to My Orders and Positions?
When a Cool-Off Period is activated:
• Any open orders will be canceled
• Any active positions will remain open and settle as normal
• No new trades can be placed until the Cool-Off Period ends

If you wish to restrict access to all gambling platforms, not just Sporttrade, you may consider enrolling in a self-exclusion program.
Self-exclusion applies broader restrictions and remains in effect for a longer period of time, depending on your state’s regulations.
