How to Set a Daily Time Limit for Responsible Gaming

Setting a daily time limit helps you manage your gaming activity, and we encourage you to take advantage of this feature. Here’s how you can set it up and what to expect.

How to Set a Daily Time Limit

You can easily set a daily time limit in the Sporttrade app by following these steps:

1. Navigate to the "Account" section in the app.
2. Go to "Patron Protection Center."
3. Select "Time Limit."

From here, you can choose a time period between 1 hour and 23 hours to limit your daily activity.

• Decreasing your limit: If you decrease your daily time limit, the change will take effect immediately.
• Increasing your limit: If you decide to increase your limit, the change will be pending until the end of the current period. You will need to reconfirm the new limit before it takes effect, and we will send you an email reminder when it is time to reconfirm.

What Happens When You Reach Your Daily Time Limit?

If you hit your daily time limit, the following actions will be taken to help you manage your gaming responsibly:

• All open orders will be canceled.
• You will not be able to place new orders until the next day.

The daily time limit is a valuable tool for ensuring you maintain a healthy gaming routine, and we encourage you to use it if you need help staying within your preferred time frame.
