If you mistyped your email address during sign-up or want to use a different email, you can update it depending on where you are in the account creation process.
During Sign-Up
If you are still in the sign-up flow and entered the wrong email address, simply exit the sign-up process, close the Sporttrade app or web app, and start again using the correct email address.
After Your Account Is Created
If your account has already been created, you can update your email from your account settings.
To update your email address:
• Open Sporttrade (app or web app)
• Go to the Account section
• Select Personal Information under Account Preferences
• Tap your email address under Contact Details
• Enter your new email address
You will receive a verification email. Open the email on the same device you are using to access Sporttrade and tap the verification link to confirm the change.
Important Notes
• Email changes must be verified before taking effect
• Make sure you have access to the new email address before updating
• If you do not see the verification email, check your spam or junk folder
