Push Notifications on Sporttrade

Push notifications help keep you informed about important updates such as open order status changes, outcome settlements, and activity related to your positions.

At this time, push notifications are supported only on iOS devices using the Sporttrade app.

Push notifications are not currently supported on Android devices or the web app.

Enabling Push Notifications on iOS (Apple)

To receive push notifications on an iPhone or iPad:

• Open your device Settings
• Select Notifications
• Locate Sporttrade in the list of apps
• Enable Allow Notifications
• Adjust alert style, sounds, and banners as desired

Managing Notification Preferences in the Sporttrade App

After enabling notifications at the device level, you can manage which notifications you receive within the Sporttrade app.

• Open the Sporttrade app
• Go to Account settings
• Select Notifications
• Enable push notifications and customize your preferences

Important Notes

• Notification delivery depends on iOS system settings
• Disabling notifications at the device level will prevent alerts from being delivered
• Notification availability may change as new features are released
