Sporttrade requires all users to verify their email address so we can communicate important account, security, and platform updates.
Email verification is required when:
• Creating a new Sporttrade account
• Updating the email address on an existing account
Troubleshooting Email Verification Issues
If you haven’t received a verification email, please try the steps below before contacting Sporttrade Support.
1. Confirm You’re Checking the Correct Email Address
If you use multiple email accounts, confirm you’re checking the same email address you entered during sign-up or update.

You can resend the verification email by following the prompts in the Sporttrade app or web flow where verification is requested.

• Confirm your email inbox can receive messages
• Send yourself a test email to verify delivery
