You can update certain account details within Sporttrade, including your username, password, and phone number.
Some updates are limited by platform or require assistance from Support.
Updating Your Username
You can change your username from your account settings.
• Open the Sporttrade app
• Go to the Account section
• Select Personal Information under Account Preferences
• Tap your username
• Enter a new username and save
Usernames must be unique and meet minimum length requirements.
Updating Your Password
You can change your password from your account settings.
• Open the Sporttrade app or web app
• Go to the Account section
• Select Personal Information
• Choose Change Password
• Verify your identity when prompted
• Enter and save your new password
Updating Your Email Address
Email addresses cannot be updated through the web app or website.
To update your email address:
• Open the Sporttrade iOS app
• Go to Account
• Select Personal Information
• Tap your email address and enter the new email
You will receive a verification email. Open the email on the same device you are using the Sporttrade app and tap the verification link to confirm the change.
If you do not have access to the app or are unable to update your email, please contact Sporttrade Support for assistance.
Updating Your Phone Number
You can update your phone number from your account settings.
• Open the Sporttrade app
• Go to the Account section
• Select Personal Information
• Tap your phone number and enter the updated number
You will receive a verification code via SMS. Enter the code to confirm the update.
Information That Cannot Be Edited
For security and regulatory reasons, the following information cannot be updated directly:
• Legal name
• Residential address
