How to update your account details

Within the Sporttrade app, you can update the username, password, email address, or phone number associated with your Sporttrade account.

To update your username:

1. Go to the "Account" tab
2. Under "Account Preferences", tap "Personal Information"
3. Tap on your username
4. Type a new username and tap save

To update your password:

1. Go to the "Account" tab
2. Under "Account Preferences", tap "Personal Information"
3. Tap on Change Password
4. Confirm your identity by verifying your date of birth and last 4 of your social security number.
5. Set your new password and tap save

To update your email address or phone number:

1. Go to the "Account" tab
2. Under "Account Preferences", tap "Personal Information"
3. Tap the email address or phone number you would like to update
4. Enter your updated contact information
   1. For email, you will receive a verification email. Check your email on the same device you're using the Sporttrade app and tap the verification link.
   2. For the phone number, you will receive a code via SMS. Enter the code, and tap submit.

Note: Name and Address are not editable in the Sporttrade app. To update this information, contact customer support.
