A cool-off period is a user-initiated restriction that temporarily prevents access to your account for a set duration.
Once activated, it cannot be shortened or canceled — not even by Sporttrade.
This feature supports responsible gaming and must run its full course before account access is restored.
What are state-mandated exclusions (for example, DGE exclusions)?
Sporttrade complies with all state regulations and must suspend accounts belonging to individuals listed on official exclusion lists.
Examples include:

New Jersey (DGE): Under the Casino Control Act (N.J.S.A. 5:12-71), Sporttrade must honor Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) exclusions.
