If you would like to close your Sporttrade account, you may submit a closure request once your account meets the requirements outlined below.
Requirements to Close Your Account
Before Sporttrade can close your account, all of the following conditions must be met:
• No active positions or open orders
Any open orders must be canceled. Any active positions must be closed or allowed to settle.
• No remaining account balance
All available funds must be withdrawn before requesting account closure.
If your account does not meet these requirements at the time the request is submitted, we will be unable to complete the closure. A Sporttrade representative may contact you with the next steps if additional action is required.
Closing Your Account in the Sporttrade App
If your account meets the requirements above, you can request closure directly in the app.
• Log in to your Sporttrade account
• Go to the Account section
• Select Personal Information
• Under Account Management, choose Close your account
• Follow the on-screen steps to submit your closure request
Closing Your Account With Support Assistance
If you prefer assistance or are unable to submit the request in the app, you may contact Sporttrade Support.
A Support representative can review your account and assist you with the closure process.
