Your account may be temporarily locked or suspended for security reasons or possible Terms and Conditions violations.
These actions help protect both your account and Sporttrade from unauthorized or suspicious activity.
Common examples include:

Multiple failed login attempts

Multiple failed deposit attempts within a short period

Repeated failures to provide a valid verification code

Login attempts from different devices or locations within a short timeframe

Other activity that may pose a security or compliance risk
If your account appears to be affected in error, our team can review it once you verify your identity.
How to regain access
If your account is locked due to failed login or deposit attempts, you can verify your identity and reset your password to restore access.

Go to the Sporttrade login screen.

Tap Forgot password.

Enter the email address associated with your account.

Check your email for instructions and follow the link to reset your password.
Once your password is reset, you should be able to log back in. If your account remains locked or suspended, please contact Customer Support for help.
