Why Your Account May Be Locked or Suspended
Your Sporttrade account may be temporarily locked or suspended to protect your account and comply with security and regulatory requirements.
These actions help prevent unauthorized access and reduce potential risk.
Common Reasons for Account Locks or Suspensions
Examples include, but are not limited to:
• Multiple failed login attempts
• Multiple failed deposit attempts within a short period of time
• Repeated failures to enter a valid verification or authentication code
• Login attempts from different devices or locations within a short timeframe
• Other activity that may present a security or compliance concern
In some cases, additional review may be required before access can be restored.
How to Regain Access
If your account was locked due to failed login attempts or password issues, you may be able to restore access by resetting your password.
To reset your password:
• Go to the Sporttrade login screen
• Select Forgot password
• Enter the email address associated with your account
• Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password
Once your password is reset, you should be able to log back in.
If your account remains locked or has been suspended, further review may be required.
