Account is locked

If your account is locked, it's because there were three consecutive failed login attempts. To restore access to your account, you must verify your identity and reset your password.

How to reset your password

1. Go to the login screen
2. Tap on forgot password
3. Type the email associated with your account
4. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password
