Sporttrade does not reactivate previously closed accounts.
If you would like to use Sporttrade again, you must create a new account by completing the standard sign-up process.
Before creating a new account, please review the Eligibility Requirements to confirm you qualify.
How to Create a New Account After Closure
To get started:
• Open the Sporttrade app or visit platform.getsporttrade.com
• Select Sign Up
• Complete the standard account creation flow
If you are accessing Sporttrade through the website, you may be prompted to download Xpoint Verify to complete location verification.
Important Account Rules
• Sporttrade allows one account per person
• Previously closed accounts are not reactivated
• Attempting to open or operate more than one account is prohibited and may result in account closure
Identity Verification
As part of creating a new account, identity verification is required.
You will be asked to provide:
• A valid personal email address (must be verified)
• Your legal first and last name (as shown on a government-issued ID)
• Date of birth
• Mobile phone number
• Residential address (P.O. Boxes are not accepted)
• The last four digits of your Social Security number (SSN)
In some cases, additional verification may be required, such as:
• Answering identity verification questions
• Providing photos of a government-issued ID
These steps are part of Sporttrade’s Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering requirements and help protect both customers and the platform.
Setting a Username and Password
Once your email is verified and your identity is confirmed, you will be prompted to set a username and password.
Username Requirements
• Must be unique
• At least 8 characters in length
Password Requirements
• At least 8 characters in length
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one number
