Why Was My Account Suspended?
Sporttrade reserves the right to suspend accounts if a user is found to have violated our Terms and Conditions. If you have received a suspension notice and believe it to be in error, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
How to Withdraw Funds During a Suspension or Lockout
To withdraw funds from your Sporttrade account while your account is suspended or locked, you must reach out to our customer support team.
Security-Related Suspensions
In certain situations, Sporttrade may suspend an account for security reasons if fraudulent activity is detected. Examples of such situations include:
- Multiple login attempts with an incorrect password.
- Repeated failures to provide an access code during Multi-factor Authentication.
- Login attempts from different devices or geographic locations within a short time frame.
- Unusual patterns in deposit and withdrawal activity.
Cool Off Periods
If you have voluntarily set a Cool Off period, you will not be able to access your account until the selected period has ended. Please note that you cannot shorten a Cool Off period once it has begun.
DGE Exclusions
Sporttrade adheres to all applicable regulations, including the Casino Control Act (N.J.S.A. 5:12-71)
The Colorado Division of Gaming Sports Betting Rule 9, and reserves the right to suspend your account without notice if you are on the Division of Gaming Enforcement’s exclusion list.
The Arizona Department of Problem Gambling maintains a confidential database of self-exclusion participants, and this information is shared with all licensed operators. Casino operators may have stricter responsible gaming programs than Arizona’s self-exclusion program.
In Iowa, the Iowa Racing & Gaming Commission (IRGC) oversees a voluntary exclusion program for individuals wishing to exclude themselves from wagering with licensed operators, including casinos, racetracks, sports wagering, and fantasy sports operator.
The Virginia Lottery has instituted a self-help program for individuals who wish to voluntarily exclude themselves from Virginia casino gaming establishments, sports betting, account-based lottery as well as gaming activities administered by the Office of Charitable and Regulatory Programs and the Virginia Racing Commission.
