Sporttrade reserves the right to suspend accounts for any reason where it is found that a user has violated our Terms and Conditions. If you have received a suspension notice and believe it to be in error, please contact our customer support team.
To withdraw funds from your Sporttrade account during a Suspension or Lockout period, you must contact our customer support team.
Security-related suspensions
On occasion, for security purposes, Sporttrade may proactively suspend access to accounts where fraudulent activity has been detected. Examples can include but are not limited to:
- Multiple login attempts with an incorrect password
- Multiple failures to provide an access code during Multi-factor authentication
- Log in attempts from multiple devices or from varied geographic locations in short time periods
- Unnatural patterns in deposit and withdrawal activity
Cool Off periods
If a user has elected to start a Cool Off period, they will not be allowed to access their Sporttrade account until the set period ends. You cannot shorten a Cool Off period once it has started.

DGE Exclusions
Sporttrade complies with the Casino Control Act (N.J.S.A. 5:12-71) and reserves the right to suspend your account without notice or exception if you are found on the Division of Gaming Enforcement's exclusion list.
The Casino Control Act (N.J.S.A. 5:12-71) provides for the establishment of a list of persons who are to be excluded or ejected from any licensed casino in New Jersey, such as career or professional offenders, cheats or criminal offenders.
