Lost Username or Password

If you're having trouble accessing your Sporttrade account, please do not attempt to create a new account. By law, users are only allowed to maintain a single Sporttrade account. Instead, follow these steps to recover your login information. If the procedures below do not resolve the issue, you can contact our customer support team for assistance.

Recovering a Forgotten Username

1. Go to the Log in to Sporttrade screen

   • Click the link that reads Forgot your username.

2. Enter your email address

   • Provide the email address you believe is associated with your Sporttrade account.
   • If you're unsure, click the link to try other email addresses.

3. Check your email

   • If your email is associated with a Sporttrade account, you will receive an email containing your username details.

Recovering a Forgotten Password

1. Go to the Log in to Sporttrade screen

2. Enter your email address

   • Provide the email address you believe is associated with your account.

3. Verify your identity

   • As part of the password reset procedure, you’ll need to provide:
     • The last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
     • Your date of birth

4. Check your email for reset instructions

   • If your email is associated with a Sporttrade account, you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
   • Important: You have 15 minutes to follow the reset instructions. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.
