If you already have a Sporttrade account, you cannot create a new one.
Each customer is permitted to maintain one Sporttrade account only. Creating multiple accounts is not allowed and may result in account restrictions.
If you’re unable to access your account because you’ve forgotten your username or password, follow the steps below to recover your existing login credentials. If these steps do not resolve the issue, Sporttrade Support can assist.
Recovering a Forgotten Username
To retrieve your username:
Go to the Log In screen on Sporttrade
Select Forgot your username

Enter the email address you believe is associated with your account
If you’re unsure, you may try additional email addresses
Check your email
If the email address is linked to a Sporttrade account, you’ll receive an email containing your username.
If you’re unable to recover your username after completing these steps, please contact Sporttrade Support for assistance.
Recovering a Forgotten Password
To reset your password:
Go to the Log In screen on Sporttrade
Select Forgot your password

Enter the email address associated with your account
If you’re unsure, you may try additional email addresses

Verify your identity by providing:
The last four digits of your Social Security number
Your date of birth
Check your email for password reset instructions
If your email is associated with a Sporttrade account, you’ll receive a password reset email.
Important:
• Password reset links expire after 15 minutes
• If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder
