At Sporttrade, we require users to verify their email address to ensure we have a direct way to communicate with you. You must verify your email when you create a new Sporttrade account or update your email address on an active account.
Troubleshooting Common Email Verification Issues
If you haven’t received a verification email, try the following steps before contacting our customer support team:
1. Check the Correct Email Account
Many people use multiple email addresses. Make sure you’re checking the right email account where the verification email was sent.
2. Search Your Inbox
Our verification email will come from noreply@sporttrade.dev. Search your inbox for this sender to locate the email.
3. Check Your Spam or Trash Folders
Sometimes, email providers mistakenly mark our messages as spam. Check your spam or trash folders to see if the email ended up there. If you find the email in these folders, adjust your spam settings or whitelist the sporttrade.com domain to prevent this in the future.
4. Resend the Verification Email
You can resend the verification email by following the prompts in the Sporttrade app.
5. Verify Your Network and Email Settings
Ensure your network settings are properly configured and that your email provider isn’t experiencing issues. Send yourself a test message to confirm you can receive emails at the address in question.
