If you’re having trouble accessing your Sporttrade account, please do not attempt to create a new account. By law, you are only permitted to maintain a single Sporttrade account. If you have an account, and need to be reminded of your account log in details, please attempt the following reset procedures before contacting our customer support team.
Forgotten usernames
- On the Log in to Sporttrade screen, click the link that reads Forgot your username.
- Enter the email address you believe to be associated with your account. You may also click the link to try other email addresses.
If you have a Sporttrade account associated with the email address you provided, you will receive an email with your username details.
If after following this procedure you are not able to recover your Sporttrade username, please contact our customer support team.
Forgotten passwords
- On the Log in to Sporttrade screen, click the link that reads Forgot your password.
- Enter the email address you believe to be associated with your account. You may also click the link to try other email addresses.
- As part of the password reset procedure, you will need to provide the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number as well as your date of birth in order to verify your identity.
If you have a Sporttrade account associated with the email address you provided, you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset the password associated with the account. Please note, you will only have 15 minutes to retrieve the password reset email and follow the instructions for resetting the password. If you do not immediately receive the password reset email, check your spam folder.
